[OH-Dev] Is it good that we send bug notifications to the list?

Ah, THAT's why I get mailed all these bugs that I'm not nosy on...

More information (along the lines of prefixing things with "NEW BUG:" or
"REVIEW ME:") would *definitely* be a plus. :)
