Once issue365 is complete, a few of the Bugzilla trackers can be moved to the
web-managed asynchronous importer platform. But many of them are very reliant on
special hard-coded functions specific to them. So this issue is about migrating
them to the asynchronous framework, while still keeping them hard-coded.
