[Devel] The autobuilder

Hey all devels,

We've long had an autobuilder that runs on Asheesh's desktop,
and now it's back online.

Whenever anyone pushes to a branch stored on "origin"
(the git repository on git at linode.openhatch.org:milestone-a),
my desktop will run all our tests. It should email us all
with the results.

I'm sending this email to publicly commit to having the
autobuilder working - now that I claim it is, if it doesn't
seem to be, it's my fault. (-:
