[Ccsf-campus-staff] Ordering lunch and meetup [for Asheesh]

Also, forgot to mention that the $375 can only be spent on one meal,
so this will only be lunch items.

A student will have to pay this amount out of pocket, then submit for
reimbursement. The check takes about 3 weeks to arrive, so a student
will float this money in the meantime. If I were there, it would be
me. Maybe lunch delivery place (Palmyra?) will allow me to put the
cost on my credit card,  but not be there to sign for it.

Tyler, Kevin, and myself are all offering to pay out of pocket, but I
don't want anyone to donate more than they can afford.
