January is ambitious! I think it's plausible we could pull this off,
because you've run an event before, but we'll definitely want to get
started planning immediately. :) Let me know if you're seriously
considering the last weekend in Jan (25th/26th).
I'll let Asheesh respond re: which weekends in Feb are the best. The
weekend of the 1st/2nd and 7th/8th are definitely better for me than the
later two, but because Asheesh will likely be at the event, whether I can
help remotely on the day-of is less crucial.
