I forgot to total up the special diets (considering students only so far):

2 - vegan
1 - vegetarian with gluten allergy
1 - vegetarian, prefers no dairy
1 - vegetarian, ovo-lacto
1 - halal (no pork/pig products)
1 - no nuts
(also 1 "vegetarian would be nice, otherwise, I'll have whatever people
have")

...full details (of course) is in the registration spreadsheet that I
shared with you and Shauna:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlYlN3mu5OJbdE1FcGRDajZXeXFtbXhjUEFTc3dHS0E&usp=sharing

Most are easy to satisfy, but I want to do right by the one with the gluten
allergy. Those folks are usually left out in the cold. Let's email these
folks tomorrow with what our plans are for them.

[For the gluten allergy, I'd like to send them the menu options & let them
pick what they want with ~$10 budget. Or reimburse her if she'd prefer to
buy her own lunch up to a certain amount.]

Your thoughts on the special diets?

Katherine
