[Campus-uw-staff] introductions & beginning to plan

Thanks, Ben! Welcome, Ana. :)

We've got a trello board to help us coordinate the event. Perhaps we can
assign some roles there?

https://trello.com/b/vXOTICdf/uw-fall-2014

To get edit access, please request access or give me your preferred email
address so I can issue an invite. For now:

- Mako is covering booking the room.

- I'm tentatively covering finding funding, in that I think Red Hat would
like to sponsor the event, although Mako had said that he might be able to
find funding elsewhere if that falls through.

- Ben seems to be taking care of the website.

Perhaps once the website is ready and the room is confirmed, Ana you could
take the lead on sending out publicity emails? Although as someone new to
UW, she could probably use some suggestions of the best places and lists to
publicize to. Alternatively/additionally, Ana could take responsibility for
replying to attendee questions and emails.
