Hello,

I got this invoice for using the Busch Campus Center. I thought the room 
was free for student groups, but apparently that doesn't apply to setup 
fees and such. Can whichever group funded the event also cover this?

Attached is an invoice for a recent reservation at the Rutgers Student
Centers.

*Please note: The person listed as the Reserver on the invoice is
responsible for making the payment or forwarding the invoice to their
Treasurer to have the invoice paid. If your group has a SABO account,
please note-- SABO DOES NOT automatically take the money out of your
account.  You must go to their website to request payment be made.*

*Payments may also by made by check, payable to Rutgers, The State
University of New Jersey. Payments may be made at any Student Center or
mailed to the address on top of the invoice.  Payments may alo be made
through our Credit Card system.  The link is

Please submit payment by the due date on your invoice.  Payments not
received by that date result in a hold from making future reservations
with any of the Rutgers Student Centers being placed on your Group or
Organization until it is paid

*Please note that we are now e mailing invoices and will not be sending
printed copies.  If you prefer a paper copy, please let me know.*
