[Campus-rutgers-staff] confirm that follow up surveys went out

Okay, thanks for the heads up.  My suspicion is that it's an issue with the
generated urls, as this can be a problem with confirmation emails too.  If
anyone on the list got an email and can send the url in the email, that'd
be great.
