[Campus-rutgers-staff] confirm that follow up surveys went out

Hi folks!  I just checked and we've got zero survey responses.  There may
be a problem with the email?  I'm not sure whether organizers get survey
emails, but all volunteers and attendees should have - can we check?  If
they didn't go out, I will start digging into the code.
