[Campus-rutgers-staff] bringing Open Source Comes to Campus back to Rutgers

Things will be a bit crazy for me up until the grace hopper conf in Oct. Am
OK with either late Oct or early Nov. I will check with my mom and a few
others who might be able to help out.
