[Campus-rutgers-staff] Power strip issue solved

I added both Russ and Julie.  Do you know if Julie can get our publicity
sent out to WiCS ASAP?  We've got plenty of sign ups now but they're like
90% male names - I'd love to get a little more gender diversity and will
happily save slots for women but we need to actually reach out to them.
