[Campus-rutgers-staff] Publicity

I know Komal (CS department staff) forwarded the publicity email to
everyone in dcs-grad this morning. I also printed the flyers and posted
them on bulletin boards/walls around the comp sci buildings. HackRU
organizer Sam also gave me permission to advertise at the hackathon
tomorrow, so I'll do that.

I think Joshua was going to mail the usacs list, not sure if it went out.
