Are you ready to try again?  :)

You can pick pretty much any date.  While I'll try to be available on the
day of the event, experience has shown that I'm really, really not needed -
most organizers don't ask me for any help at all.  :)  So, if you're
interested, please pick a date that works well for you and your community.
