Okay great! I will send that email out today and keep everyone updated.
Regarding the flyers, I like Wellesley's save the date (

I am currently downloading GIMP so that I can edit it and see how that
turns out.
Regarding announcing the workshop to COS classes, I am open to going to the
classes to make the announcement and I'll add that the the email I was
planning on sending to professors.
