[Campus-portland-staff] website's up

Shauna,

Sorry I didn't answer all of these questions. I also didn't see that you
wanted to invite non-PSU students as well. I would prefer this as well. I
was an English major when I stumbled upon the CAT environment. I didn't
know anything about computers, and I especially didn't know what Linux or
Open Source was. Now, I'm learning html, css and python. I have already
contributed in small ways to Ubuntu.

The CAT is no longer admitting non-Engineering and Computer Science
students in their program. I'm not sure why. I think they prefer people who
are taking those routes in their education. I will get more information
about your questions today.
