Hello again,

Thank you for all the feedback. I went through it again and tried to pull
out things for us to work on this summer, during our "break" period (where
we only run 1-3 events, rather than a dozen!). If you're interested in
helping us shape the curriculum, you can join our list:
http://lists.openhatch.org/mailman/listinfo/osctc-planning

I also had a couple of other follow up questions:

- We've created a mailing list to help volunteers keep informed about
upcoming OSCTC events. It's very low traffic - averaging one email a
month, announce only. Would you mind if I added you? (As far as I can
tell, only Meg is on it.) I've heard from a couple of other people in
Chicago that they want to run events so there will definitely be more in
your area, in addition to any we run together. :)

- By the end of the summer, we're hoping to start up a mentorship-type
program for OSCTC alumni who are interested in continuing in open source
but feel like they'd like some more structured guidance. If there were
specific students you thought seemed especially engaged and interested,
please pass along their names to me. We plan to invite all event attendees
to participate in our mentorship program, but we like to reach out
personally to those who seem most likely to want to be involved.

Finally, if you want to run an event (a full workshop, a project night,
etc) over the summer please let me know and I can help you arrange that.
I'll also be sending an email about planning events for the fall in June.

best
Shauna
