[Campus-neiu-staff] Running an Open Source Comes to Campus Event at NEIU

We recommend doing a save-the-date type email to CS department and CS club
lists as soon as you have a date, then doing a full on publicity push about
3 weeks before the event.  Then a reminder to signed-up students 4-5 days
before the event.
