Pitch our meetups!

If they'd like to work on one of the projects, they can do this at these
meetups.

Chicago LUG has talks once a month. Sometimes people also meet for casual
project nights. Info for mailing list, irc, and events are here

ChicagoPythonistas is a meetup group that hosts Python Project Night,
Python Office Hours, and other python related events. We have a monthly
project night that meets downtown and a bi-weekly office hours group that
meets at the Pumping Station: One hackerspace.
