[Campus-neiu-staff] laptop count

Hi, How many students have said they don't have laptops? Carl has had a bad
cold and hasn't gone through the old laptops we have to see if they are
working with a stock ubuntu install. He's getter better but I don't want to
press him to do this.

If we have more than 50% not bringing laptops we will need help. At other
events I've helped with we usually have a much better ratio but I would
like to think about contingency plans if a worse case happens.
