[Campus-neiu-staff] switching the git activity

It will depend on how many students there are.  We've found that having
more than 5-7 students per mentor can be overwhelming.  So if we get 35
students showing up, we'll need all 5 mentors (though there's no reason
that I'm aware of that you couldn't take a group that's entirely new to
git).  If it's more like 20-25, that could likely be managed in 4 groups.
