[Campus-neiu-staff] switching the git activity

Okay! This is no problem at all. I started reviewing Oppia and working on
setup last night and can continue with that tonight as well.

I'll ask the devs if they will be on irc Saturday, but if not, I'll let the
students know that usually people are around to help?
