[Campus-neiu-staff] event schedule & day-of responsibilities

I added more times to the Day-of Responsibilities sheet:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fPVjs7X4IzWr9YWt4GKBt5aWnRhq3kpBKpTrUWpgTB4/edit

A couple of things we need to figure out:

-- Who is presenting the "intro to open source" / "tools" section? You can
see the materials here:
https://openhatch.org/wiki/OSCTC/Tools This can actually be broken up into
"intro to open source" and "tools section", the latter of which can be
turned into self-guided exercises if you give me enough notice, and the
former of which really needs a person. Zach, would you be willing to lead
some/all of this?

-- Who is intro-ing the git activity? We have enough people (Jim, Zach,
Meg, Sheila and Paul) to run the small groups, but someone needs to take 5
minutes to introduce the activity and help arrange the room into groups.
Pretty much anyone can do this.

-- Who is on the career panel? Right now we just have Zach. Are there
additional local people who are willing to be on the panel? If not, I'll
find us some remote panelists, but we should figure that out quickly.

- It seems like most of our mentors don't have projects they want to help
people work on (right now the only person on my list is Paul with
python-sphinx).
That's totally okay. Paul can lead contributions to python-sphinx, and
Asheesh can remotely lead contributions to #openhatch. In this case,
though, we probably want to focus on teaching attendees how to find their
own projects (via the Finding a Project activity, which Meg will be
intro-ing and demo-ing). We'll also have our list of recommended projects
for students to look through. If you don't have a project you're leading,
look through the finding a project activity (
https://openhatch.org/wiki/Open_Source_Comes_to_Campus/Curriculum/Finding_a_Project)
and let me know if you have any questions/hesitations about being assigned
to help students through the process of finding and contacting projects.

An unnecessary thing it might be nice to figure out:

-- Recently we've noticed that people get bored during laptop setup. This
is gratifying, because it means out laptop setup process is really well
vetted at this point, but some people sail through and have extra time. It
might make sense to do some kind of ice-breaker/socializing activity during
this time to help people relax and get to know each other.
