[Campus-morris-staff] list of projects

We should have at least one mentor doing Finding a Project + Newcomer
Tasks.  For those who haven't read through the material, it's pretty
simple: As a mentor, you'll be leading people through an online curriculum
which teaches them how to find and evaluate projects, and then through
activities that spell out some basic newcomer tasks such as "How to
reproduce a bug" or "How to test someone's setup instructions and give
feedback if I get stuck".

The information on Senet is kinda blocky.  Does Senet not have a bug
tracker to link to?  Could you add them as bugs in the Github issue
tracker, and link to them for ease of reading the page?  (I can do this if
you give me the goahead, Elena.)
