[Campus-morris-staff] check in re: food

Sorry - I just the first & last items :-( So to the others:
Do we need adapters to use the projector?

The projector only has a VGA plug. Who all will need to be able to connect? Just you, or other participants. 

How do you access the wifi?

The local folks are fine; you will need to use a guest wireless network, but I don't think there are any restrictions. I'll check with our computing services, though. Speed should be fine and all those protocols should be open.
Where will we set up food?

There are plenty of tables in the room.

Where are nearby bathrooms and water fountains, if they exist?

Right outside the classroom, conveniently.

What restrictions on movement around the area will be in place? (e.g., will people have to be let in a locked door by a student at some point?)

The building should be open. The classroom may be locked but all the faculty have keys.
