[Campus-hartnell-staff] A couple small questions about Drive files, Mail Merge

Sorry again about the delay.

re: (1) - thanks for the feedback!  I've fixed the wording on the template
trello board so that future organizers will not be confused.  Basically,
there are two forms - student and mentor - and they should both be
customized.  Right now there's not a section for mentor sign up on the
template.  That's a change we need to make to our materials.

re: the mail merge - I'm actually having trouble finding our own
documentation on this, and I haven't used mail merge much, so I'm not sure
how to help you.  Let's see if Asheesh has any advice.
