Hello local organizers,

Claudia Holland is a leading open access organizer at GMU. Unfortunately
she can't make the event on the 19th, but she has some literature she'd
like to provide. Can someone pick it up from her?

best,
Shauna

  Hello Shauna,

Thank you for contacting me. Unfortunately, I can't participate on that
date due to prior commitments but I would like to provide some literature
and my card for the event. Do you have a local contact I can give this
material to ahead of time?

Also, here is a more pertinent link to information about our open
access<http://openscholarship.gmu.edu/>activities at Mason,
particularly in the fall semester.

 All the best,

 Claudia

  Hello,

I found your contact information on a couple of websites that lead me to
believe you're involved in the open access movement at GMU (
http://library.gmu.edu/about/ul/openaccess.php,
https://openaccessweekgmu.pbworks.com/w/page/30517830/FrontPage).

My name is Shauna Gordon-McKeon, and I'm helping GMU students run an
"intro to open source software" event on April 19th (
http://hackmason.org/openhatch/).

There's a great deal of overlap between open source software and the open
access movement. I was hoping to reach out to open access advocates at the
school and see if they want to participate in the event, including by
showing students how to get involved in the open access movement.

Would you be interested in participating? Can you help me identify other
open access supporters at GMU who might be interested?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

 best
Shauna
