Meet Jonathan,

a new colleague of mine. He will be helping us.

Shauna, one issue is food. IF we are going to have food DePaul has restrictions. There is one single allowed vendor and requests have to go through our office. I hate this as much as everybody. I do not know if we can bypass this rule giving that this is an external event hosted here.

I may ask the dean for some money for food but in order to do this I have to make the case about the benefit to the university. Do have some blurb already written about this I can edit and adapt?
