[Campus-cornell-staff] planning the event

You should have access now.

Your plan for the short event sounds great.  I do suggest having a table or
two or three for folks who want to work through the self-guided versions of
how to use IRC, issue trackers, and git, since those might be obstacles to
making contributions.

Do you have thoughts about how you'd like to structure the project/hacking
part?  I can answer questions about how we usually set up the contributions
workshop.
