Hi everyone,

So we're almost ready to start publicizing.  We can do so with emails,
flyers, and by linking people to this website:
http://boston-summer.openhatch.org/

Please give it a look and see if there's any changes you'd like made.
 Also, please see the line under "Who we are" and let me know who I should
credit as hosts.

We should also talk about how we're going to run sign ups.  Generally we
have not had issues with events getting over-full, however it has happened
and if we are advertising the event to many colleges it might become an
issue.  If we have too many sign ups, do we want to filter based on:
- first come, first serve
- who is a student of which college (ie host college gets priority)
- those who seem most enthusiastic
- those who provide diversity to the event

We can also do a mixture of the above.

My hope is to begin publicizing the event early next week.
