I like this plan well enough, for all the reasons Christine and Karen 
Rustad gave.

I want to make sure we don't scare people off from doing the web app any 
more than is reasonable, but Jessica, I do understand your concerns.

Jessica, if you're game for it, I sure am.

Would you be willing to reorganize the setup pages to correspond to that? 
If so, I would really appreciate it. If not, I can try to at some point 
during this admittedly-packed day.

P.S. The SSH outage at alwaysdata.com is over now, fwiw. I definitely do 
agree with you that if alwaysdata has an outage during Friday that 
prevents setting people up then, we should remove the live-deployment part 
of the tutorial!
