One important thing you could get started doing right away is to get a
core staff group together. You'll probably want 5-6 women to run the
event, though it depends on how many students you want to have. But if
you can get 2-3 people together at first, you can pick a date and settle
location/time while you figure out all the last details of what the
curriculum will be, who you'll pitch it to, reach out to other potential
staffers...)

(I *may* be convinceable to come to Philly to pitch in, depending on
when you have it.)
