[Events] Offer to help promote

Hi all,
Not a tight timeframe here, but the FSF has offered to help us promote
the upcoming workshop (and any similar events) which is a great
opportunity. I think 1) they can and should certainly repost the event
announcement and 2) once we decide we want to actively promote
replication, their website would a be a great place to post a "hey you
can do this too!" kind of piece.
