Hi!

At the PyCon 2014 sprints, paulproteus suggested that we should move the
Front-end style guide <https://openhatch.org/wiki/Front-end_style_guide> to
readthedocs. As I recently got some experience with Sphinx and reStructuredText,
I think I will be able to work on this.

I asked for advice on IRC and was advised that
<http://openhatch.readthedocs.org/en/latest/internals/> would be an appropriate
place for the Front-end style guide.

I have assigned this task to myself and I am working on a patch. :)
