[OH-Dev] Usage variations for <code>, <pre> and <tt>

Hi!

While working on Issue 812(https://openhatch.org/bugs/issue812), I
discovered some formatting problems in the 'Hints' section of the diffpatch
mission regarding the CSS properties of the <code> and <pre> tags(the CSS
properties are described in the Front-end style guide at:
https://openhatch.org/wiki/Front-end_style_guide). The CSS properties are
such that I had to use the <tt> tags(which as of HTML5, have been
deprecated) to fix some formatting problems in the 'Hints' section of the
diffpatch mission. I also noticed that <tt> tags have been used elsewhere
too.

If someone knows about HTML standards, I would really appreciate it if you
could comment on the above problem and tell me what we should do next about
the <tt> tags.

Thanks,
Eeshan Garg
