[OH-Dev] [issue778] Trac bug importer fails for NDG

The Trac bugimporter crashes when dealing with this ticket: 
https://projects.forum.nokia.com/ndg/ticket/92

The way to fix this is to:

* Have a local dev environment for oh-bugimporters

* Download this URL using e.g. wget, then add the resulting file to the test 
suite for Trac

* Watch it crash, and figure out how to fix it

It'll be good to keep that file in the test suite so that we keep this fix 
alive.
