As per https://openhatch.org/wiki/Monitoring , I'm submitting the 
"monitor_hudson" branch for review.

This branch:

* Adds vm3.openhatch.org as a host

* Adds it as a server that needs HTTP and SSH monitoring

This, combined with my changes to vm3.openhatch.org to have Hudson be available 
on port 80, should cause Hudson to be quite effectively monitored.
