[OH-Dev] [issue719] Unactive links (e.g. "Add a project" or "save") on "Manage projects" page

New submission from yarikoptic <debian at onerussian.com>:

Well, hard to provide adequate description of the setup to be useful, so there it is

Debian GNU/Linux amd64 with iceweasel (AKA firefox) 10.0.2... there is a bunch
of extensions (noscript which reports only google analytics disabled for the
page, also vimperator disabling of which via Insert didn't have effect)

So -- all those links cannot be "clicked" -- i.e. clicking on them results in no
action taken. FWIW -- here is an excerpt from IRC:

16:47 yoh: sorry for a bombardment with questions: on "Manage projects", do
those "Add a project" "Sort/archive project" should be anyhow active links? for
me (iceweasel on debian) they are just redish text...
             source code <a id='reorder_projects' href='#'>Sort/archive
projects</a>
16:47 paulproteus: No prob... they should be bound by JavaScript, iirc.
16:47 paulproteus: If you have JS turned on and clicking something does
nothing, but it looks like it should do something, do file a bug.
16:48 yoh: noscript is active but besides google analytics nothing is reported
blocked on that page
16:49 yoh: also "Save" links are the same business -- trying to click seems to
result in nothing
