[OH-Dev] Review requests for oh-bugimporters: Code coverage, and BugParser documentation

Hey all,

I've submitted two small pull requests that should be
pretty easy to review. It's in the "oh-bugimporters" package,
which covers the purely backend code for download and parsing
data from bug trackers.

(soonick5, if you're reading this: once these have landed, there
should be published documentation on how to resolve bugs like
the one you have open: http://openhatch.org/bugs/issue626 )

So I'm requesting that someone review these pull requests:
