[OH-Dev] [issue679] In redesign: Make a "How OpenHatch can help your project" page

The front page has aa link: "make your favorite project more friendly »"

That should go to an information page that explains what bits of OpenHatch
technology (both social tech and web tech) you can apply to your project. Here's
a list off the top of my head:

Web tech:
* I want to help button (including the ability to check people off)
* Volunteer opportunity finder
* Link to training missions

Social tech:
* "Build it" events
* Boston Python Workshop-style intro-level outreach events
* Teaching events to grow all of FOSS, e.g. Open Source Comes to Campus

The list should explain how using these things would actually help one's project
out. (-:
