[OH-Dev] A plan for dealing with spam on the "answers" on project pages

I have a thought: Why not allow easy-sauce whitelisting by project 
owners? Maybe a simple review queue of perceived-spam answers that can 
be approved, and maybe that will create an exception automatically (for 
that project) in the whitelist.

The inverse (adding to blacklist) would also be nice.

Also, properly escaping <link> and <script> tags would go a long way 
towards making this less annoying.
