[OH-Dev] Poll: Do you like the bugmail that gets sent to this list?

Right now, this list gets automatic emails when people:

* File a new bug
* Mark a bug as as need-review

I'm going to refer to that as "bugmail".

It seems to me that maybe this is a bad way to do things -- for some 
people it's too much mail. For others (like me), I like getting all that 
mail.

So, quick poll: Do you like getting those mails? Please reply with:

+1 -- indicates you are a fan of receiving those mails
+0 -- you like it, but you wouldn't mind if it went away
-0 -- you don't like it, but it's not making your life worse
-1 -- you don't want to be receiving all the bugmail

If there are more than a few negative votes, then we can figure out the 
best way to proceed. Likely, we should just make a separate list that gets 
the bugmail, and then I can subscribe the people who voted positively to 
that separate list. I'm open to other ideas, too, if we decide things need 
to change.
