[Devel] someone (or something) editing the wiki pages

I'm updating the wiki pages on the forum research and twice I've
noticed the page has been edited to say 'bb.txt open error', and
remove all of the updates I've done.  Both edits seem to have come
from 92.241.169.70.

If you look at the history for this user, they are just random edits.
Is there a way to block that user on the wiki?
