[Devel] Vagrant setup *should* work

Hi all,

A few weekends ago, I did a quick prototype a of how to get an OpenHatch 
virtual machine on your own machine using Vagrant.

Today, I'm announcing that it should work! Thanks to Jessica Ledbetter's 
enormous help in finding issues, we now have 
a pretty well-tested configuration.

It should be quite easy now to get OpenHatch's code running. I need more 
people to try it, though!

So please try it, and say what you think on-list. I can also answer 
general questions if you're thinking about trying it but not sure if it's
