[Devel] A wiki page explaining the site (I want help with it)

Hey all,

https://openhatch.org/wiki/For_new_contributors is a new wiki page. I want 
to get feedback from you all, and if anyone wants to make edits, feel free 
to actually edit it.

The point of the page is to explain how newcomers to open source can use 
the OpenHatch website. If you like seeing Roundup links, it's related to 
http://openhatch.org/bugs/issue227 and https://openhatch.org/bugs/issue197
