[OH-Dev] [issue641] Diff/patch mission needs a plot

Right now, it doesn't have an overarching plot. I would suggest we take the recipe example from the 
third part of the mission and write a plot related to that! Because everyone likes food. :)

Fixing this bug will require both site copy changes and changes to the files/assessment scripts used 
by the mission.
