[OH-Dev] [issue519] 'I wanna help' isn't specific / informative enough

After someone clicks 'I wanna help', a text field should appear below/in place of 
the button where they can optionally say what aspect of the project they want to 
help with or what they're interested in. (The 'I wanna help' button press is 
already recorded at this point this is just an optional 'in-case-you-want-to-
give-more-info' followup.)

This could go along with issue518 -- the 'thank you' notification.

This blurb would then be visible to project maintainers (not the general public) 
in the I wanna help handler tab ( see issue282 ).
