[OH-Dev] [issue511] Determine where in the missions UI the links to relevant forum sections should go

Right now, there's no connection between the missions and the forum (where
people can go to get help with said missions). Someone should decide how and
where links to provide that connection should go in the UI!

Deliverable -- ideally a mockup, or a very detailed description. The main thing
this bug needs is a little love and a decision.
