[Devel] [issue391] Snapshots should (but currently do not) include TrackerModel and TrackerQueryModel instances

This is similar to issue240.

Currently these models are not included in snapshots. But with the asynchronous
importer steaming ahead, it will be good to get these in so developers have
something to work with when hacking at the importer, rather than having to add
them all themselves.
