Oops, I'm a few days late!

There is a big rework of the bug tracker import code that Jack seems 
nearly done with. I hope he'll show up soon and say that it's totally done 
and that I should land the changes.

Also, I have work to do again with the nightly bug tracker import, based 
on emails to [Monitoring]...
